Hours: Monday - Friday 8AM - 5PM

Overall, Recruiting Advisors are responsible for attracting candidates and matching them to temporary or permanent positions with client companies. They work well with client companies, building relationships in order to gain a better understanding of their recruitment needs and requirements.Qualifications:
Position requires an individual with excellent organization and communication skills as he/she will be working with people from all levels of the organization, clients and candidates. Individual must be flexible in work schedule to accommodate business needs which may include occasional evening and weekend overtime work. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.Minimum Qualifications:
- 2 year Associate’s Degree preferred
- At least 1 year staffing, human resources or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced work environment
